Refunds And Returns

It is possible that you may change your mind after buying the product. So, we offer a 30-day time to return the bought product and apply for a refund. The item you want to return should be damaged or wrong. If not, then you won’t be able to apply for the replacement or refund!

Keep in mind that we do not accept returns of items that you once wanted to buy. You should contact us online with your queries so that we can assist you better on this matter. You will need the product bill and proof of damage to return the product and apply for a refund.

Returns:

Vittoriadream is going to process the refund if the customer returns the unused product in the same condition he/she received it. We cannot accept products used by the user. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping cost when returning the product.

Suppose your refund is delayed or missing, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Get in touch with your bank.
  • Call the credit card company if the money transfer is taking time to process due to technical issues.
  • Contact us if there are no issues with your bank and credit card provider. We will revisit your refund request and inform you about its latest status!

Return instructions:

You will have to make a Return Merchandise Authorization request and get it approved in order to return the subjected item. Log into your Vittoriadream.com account to make this request. Suppose this doesn’t work, you can contact our customer service to get the request processed.

Make sure that you haven’t passed the 30-day return time from the day of the invoice to ensure that you are eligible for the return. In case you have already passed the 30 days, it is not possible to apply for the return warranty. Now, you have to contact the original manufacturer of the product to get the product replaced!

Defective and damaged products:

Vittoria Dream sells only new products. We bring brand-new products for our customers and all the products are in working condition. Our team carefully checks the product before shipping. So, if you receive a damaged or defective product, it can be due to issues during shipping. We allow customers to return the defective or damaged product.

Suppose you have received a damaged product you should immediately send a request to return the product. Return the damaged product within 30 days to get a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations:

It is always our top priority to ship your product as soon as possible. Therefore, it is not always possible to process the cancellation request once the order is processed and the product is dispatched from our storage.

If you contact our team within 1 hour for cancellation, we will ensure that your cancellation request is processed. If the order is already processed, it will be handled as returning the product. The terms and conditions of returning the product will be applied! Go through our return terms and conditions once again to know how will order cancellation work if the order is already processed.
